We were five in the family, including older people and a child, and had two rooms. The rooms were spacious, and the room, bathroom, linen, dining area, and common area were clean. Good central location, a great breakfast selection and taste, and kind, courteous staff. A cockroach was wandering around in one room, and the reception area needs better upkeep. There was no AC remote, just a wall-mounted display that wasn’t very clear. At night, the main-road traffic brought lots of ambulance, bus, and lorry noise into the rooms, which was a problem for light sleepers. Overall, a really good experience.

The rooms were dingy, with unsanitary linens and pests including cockroaches, bugs, and mosquitoes. The place was terribly unhygienic. With prepaid bookings and no refund policy, the hotel keeps customers’ money while failing to provide safety and cleanliness.

Morning breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean with good service and maintenance. The main drawback is the signal area nearby. Noise carries into the room all the time, whatever the hour. They should improve the soundproofing.

The staff were good, but the rest was awful. The rooms weren’t maintained well, with cockroaches everywhere, a stinking smell, and badly kept toilets. The photos they posted may have been taken when the place was new.

No one responds to emails or calls, and the staff are poor, especially at reception and the manager. Their attitude and the way they deal with customers are unacceptable. They need to learn how to behave. Zero rating overall.
