The manager spoke sweetly but didn’t help us, and treated us very badly. The hotel charges more than others in the area without any good reason. Our AC stopped working an hour after we entered the room, and it still hadn’t been fixed after three days, despite daily promises. They didn’t provide soap or free water. We paid 60 rupees for a big water jar, which felt like another way to make money. They also wouldn’t change the bedsheets or towel, even after we asked every day. Mosquitoes were a constant problem, and we had to make repeated requests to have them sprayed. This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Please, no one should come here.

Neat and clean, and best for families.

I booked a Delux Room for one night by myself, and it was a bad experience. The facilities didn’t justify the high charge, and the Owner quoted one price over the call, then raised it on the booking day. The room wasn’t as good as I expected or well maintained. There were small insects, damaged furniture, and a TV that didn’t work. For a family, they provided only one towel. There are better hotels nearby, so please don’t book this one.

The AC kept working through the summer, which really matters in Chennai, and we had no power cuts. Staff were friendly, and the stay was good overall. It’s handy for families visiting patients at nearby MMM or Frontline hospitals, with restaurants and bus stands close by. We had to go to Frontline, and the hotel is just one lane behind the main road.
