The food was excellent, and the atmosphere around the hotel was pleasant. My room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a wonderful stay, would recommend it to others, and would happily come back.

The food was good, and the restaurant staff were polite and attentive. My experience was acceptable overall, though the reception lacked hospitality. Front desk staff could be better trained to greet guests courteously, including at checkout, where a proper greeting was missing. The dinner buffet wasn't available because there were too few guests, even though it had been paid for. Only à la carte choices were offered.

The third-floor lobby had AC leaking, on top of an already disappointing one-night stay. Our room was changed only at 10 PM after repeated calls to the front desk, where staff were rude and very unprofessional. Two vents in our room had no airflow, and the one working vent was positioned so badly there was barely any air near the bed. We kept being told to wait another 30 minutes or that the AC filters had just been cleaned. The room was unclean, stained everywhere, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. Comforters, pillows, and bedsheets were very dirty. Don't be fooled by how the reception looks from outside. Dirtiest hotel ever. Never book this hotel!
