On the day I was due to check in, I went to get my room and was told there were none available. Nobody had let me know. I couldn't even find a contact number for the residency after booking online. The property and booking platform seem to blame each other, and there was no useful help when I arrived. Don't trust this place.

I decided against staying here because the attendant, mr. abdul, came across as arrogant and was inflating the price. He also said the property could provide a bill or no bill. Those two things put me off.

The calm neighborhood and spotless property made for a pleasant, relaxing stay at Blue Moon Residency. My room was roomy and cozy, with the things I needed. The staff abdhullah was courteous and professional, and the caretaker, Abhul, took especially good care of things. He kept everything running smoothly and brought meals on time. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the place felt homely. I'd gladly return, whether traveling for work or leisure.

They wanted 12,000 for one 2 bhk, which felt far too expensive. Only two people can stay in one room, and the hall has no beds. The furniture is really bad, and the person seems to set prices however he wants. Please don't encourage this by booking here.

I arrived with heavy luggage after seeing rooms listed as available online, only to be told it was a mistake and there were no rooms. The staff apologized but didn't help, so I had to travel another 5 km to find somewhere to stay. Very disappointing.
