Collection O 77368 Maruthi Residency

This was our second stay at Maruthi Residency, and we enjoyed both visits a lot. The staff are friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and kept very clean, with a large bed, a well-conditioned room, and a roomy bathroom. The beds were comfortable, with crisp white sheets.

We booked through OYO, but at the last minute the property manager called to say they wouldn’t honor the booking at the price shown. We’d come from out of state, and when we asked how they could deny it so late, he was rude. He said it was their choice, asked whether we would cover their losses, and spoke indecently. When I said I’d review the experience, the owner took over and told me I could do whatever I wanted because it wouldn’t make a difference. The service was pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. People who can’t respect customers shouldn’t be running a business.

Booking through the OYO app showed one room for two guests, while the property’s app showed one room for one guest. That mismatch was completely inappropriate. Since the property is partnered with OYO, it should follow OYO’s pricing and rules. The staff were irresponsible, and so was the owner. They made it a terrible day and a very bad experience. This place should be removed from OYO.

This place is awful to stay in and should be removed from the Oyo list. The property manager refused to refund our amount, even though we asked him to keep the one-day charge and cancel the rest. The hotel’s behavior was ridiculous, and so was goibibo’s. They should be charged with cheating. Please be careful when booking. I can’t even give this hotel a rating.
