The room service was painfully slow. If you wanted a cup of coffee, you had to call an hour ahead. Cockroaches had already taken over the bathroom and cupboards, and the room itself was in awful shape. The receptionist treated me as if he were doing me a favor by letting me stay, with no respect or courtesy. I’ve never had hotel service this bad. I wasted money and time, and left two hours early because I just wanted to get out as soon as my work was done. Think twice before booking FAB HOTEL Thiruvanmiyur. Other FAB HOTEL locations where I stayed before were much better for both service and rooms. I wish there were a negative star rating.

Customer care handled this badly and the communication was awful. The app offered pay at hotel, but then you said our room wasn’t reserved because we hadn’t paid 25%. If that was the issue, we should have been told earlier that no room was available. Instead, at 3am, we got an idiotic response. I can share the booking details if needed, and I’ll post about this experience with the fab group on review sites so people know.

Easy to get to, right on the road. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff understand Hindi. Breakfast comes with the stay, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

For 11 days at Crescent Inn, I found the rates affordable and the package complete. The rooms were tidy, clean and nicely furnished. Room service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The included breakfast had a home-cooked taste.
