It feels more like staying in a home or apartment than a hotel, so it’s a great place to bring kids. You get a hotel-style room, but the surroundings feel homey, and it’s cozy, comfortable and safe. The food and service from the people there were especially good.

The staff were cooperative, and it works as a nice service apartment. It’s a small apartment used as a guest house, with only five or six rooms, and it’s nowhere near the 3-Star hotel they claim to be. The rooms were clean but need maintenance, and the bathrooms need a lot of renovation. Breakfast had only one or two choices, no buffet, and the portions were small. If you’re expecting a 3* hotel, you may be very disappointed.

The place is secure, and the staff are very cordial. Its location is good too, about five minutes by auto from Apollo hospital at Greams Road. The reception is on the apartment building’s ground floor, by Gate no. 1, with Don Bosco school as the landmark. It feels like staying in a housing complex since it’s actually an apartment. Breakfast is cooked in the ground-floor kitchen beside reception, and the quality and taste were very good. A good place to stay.

A very good place to stay in central Chennai. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and the food was good. The museum is about a 10 minute walk away, with good restaurants all around and a few supermarkets nearby.
