OYO 11901 Home Bikers Paradise 2BHK Candolim

We left without a refund after waiting outside for 2-3 hours. There was no counter or desk, and nobody came to help. The place was very dirty, with garbage around the grounds and entrance. We'd paid in full online for three days, but arrived late to find there wasn't even a sign on the road or at the entrance. They'd given our rooms to other tourists and told us to wait until those guests checked out in the evening, despite our confirmation emails and texts. Pathetic, hopeless, mannerless, unprofessional service.

There were too many problems here, and it wasn't worth the time or money. Since it's an independent property, there's no staff on site to help. I wouldn't book it for a family.

The room felt like home, and it was hygienic. Room service was outstanding.

I only stayed one night. The room was very large, and the AC worked.
