Hotel Grand Image Inn

For six days at Hotel Grand Image Inn, Calangute, I found the rooms clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and polite. It's handy for Calangute bus beach, shops, and restaurants. I had a pleasant stay and felt it was good value for money.

We never got to stay at the hotel, but I wanted to rate it for the way the staff handled our cancellation. We had booked three days through the Agoda app. On 17th December, the booking showed as fully refundable if cancelled before 1st January, but by 27th December the app was showing it as non-refundable. Mr. Jigar was kind and understanding, and after coordinating with Agoda he accepted the cancellation within 30 minutes of my request. Much respect to him and the rest of the staff for their support during a difficult time. We really appreciate the gesture and professionalism. Highly commendable service.

The hospitality and care were so warm, and the guidance made our stay feel special. Our room was wonderful and the food was delicious. I'm thrilled with the service and will cherish the memories. Huge thanks to you both. I hope to come next year! ❤️🌴

Anil uncle and the reception staff helped our group of six sort out which rooms to take at affordable rates, even though we were confused about the options. We stayed one night and were very happy with what we got for the rates offered by Mr. Anil. It's a well-kept property, the prices are very affordable, and the hygiene stood out most to us. If you're in Goa, you can go ahead and choose Grand Image Inn.
