FabHotel Aishwarya Inn

After paying the requested advance to book a room, I got no proper response. They ignored my calls and messages, and I received no booking confirmation or support. That was frustrating, since I expected at least basic communication once I’d paid. The customer service was extremely poor, and the person who handled my booking was Nithin. This felt very unprofessional and gave me a sense of fraud. Be careful about paying anything in advance. My experience was very bad, and I hope they improve their service and treat customers more responsibly. I wouldn’t book here again. 🤬🤬🤬

I slept really well on the comfortable bed, with soft pillows and high-quality linens. The room was outstanding, spotless and spacious, with lovely modern, elegant decor.

We booked Fab Hotel Perfect Stays in Kovilambakkam, Chennai through MakeMyTrip for Dec 23rd-24th, hoping to stay within 3 km of our destination. On Dec 22nd afternoon, we were emailed that the booking had been moved to Fab Express Aishwarya Inn in Pallikaranai, 8 km away, without our consent. We tried to cancel, but the policy allowed no refund after Dec 22nd 10 AM, so we were stuck. The hotel management didn’t answer our calls. At Aishwarya Inn, we found rooms above a wedding hall. Our room had no ventilation, and there was a rat in the restroom. They’d promised late check-out until 1 PM, but knocked on our door and refused to give us the extra time. A huge disappointment with MakeMyTrip’s service and Fab Hotels’ unprofessional handling. I wouldn’t recommend either this hotel or booking through MakeMyTrip. The rating is zero (0). It would have been better to get a refund in advance than stay there. 😔

The room was in extremely bad condition, with a foul smell, mosquitoes, a window screen that was falling off, and an AC that wasn’t working properly. The receptionist’s service was disappointing too. We’d paid for breakfast, but it wasn’t provided, though the amount was refunded. A very unsatisfactory stay.
