Fabhotel Neethu Residency

The room itself was in a very poor state, with dirty towels and linen, and even the reception sofa was old and broken. I only stayed because I'd already paid through the Goibibo portal. Otherwise, I would've chosen somewhere more comfortable. Fab hotel moved me to Neethu residency even though my original booking was near my workplace. It was a terrible experience, and I won't book Fab Hotels again.

There wasn't anything I liked about this stay. The location they promote felt nothing special, and the place had a cheap, uncomfortable atmosphere. The booking was confusing too, with charges that hadn't been disclosed at first. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, despite the hotel's claims of excellent service. It also felt overpriced for what was provided. I'd avoid FabHotel Neethu Residency.

I saw bed bugs and left the room within five minutes of checking in. This is an old property, and when I asked management about the bugs, they said they were carrying out pest control, though it didn't seem to be helping. When I asked about a refund, they wanted photos of the bugs before they'd discuss it with management. The hygiene and hospitality were poor, and the way they handled it felt focused on making money without ethics.

Good value for the price. The room was decent, the location was handy near the city center, and the service and hospitality were wonderful.
