The furniture was covered in what looked like years of fingerprints, and the bed linen had several very dirty patches. There were cockroaches in the room, a broken mirror, and a floor mat and fixed bed linen that seemed not to have been cleaned in ages. The shower had no water. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or anyone who cares about hygiene. Couples seemed to come just to satisfy their desires. With so many old prints on the furniture, it would be hard for investigators to trace any DNA or fingerprints.

The staff were quick to help and paid attention to the details, while the room itself was neat. Hotel O Porur felt like a comfortable stay with good quality throughout.

The room was filthy and nowhere near worth what we paid. There were people drinking beer and leaving bottles on the floor, which made it uncomfortable for us as a family. We spent ₹5,200 for two people for two days, yet basic things were missing: no room service, towels, soap, or water bottles, and the keys didn’t work properly. The window screens were damaged and wouldn’t shut. One broke when we tried to fix it because its screws were already loose. It was a very bad stay, and I don’t think this place is worth even ₹2,000. I’d tell people to avoid it.

The bathroom had no lock, and the lodge smelled strongly of smoke and alcohol. The staff were rude and seemed senseless. They put four beds into a two-bedroom room for four people, and the rooms and beds were awful. I was extremely disappointed. Don’t go here, you’ll regret it.
