The food was good, and the staff were courteous and behaved well. The stay itself was average, with nothing especially good or bad. The rooms felt smaller than they looked in the photos, and some furniture was damaged as the property seemed to be deteriorating. Cleaning was acceptable but not thorough: there were visible stains on the bed, which made it seem the linens might not be changed regularly. A more consistent housekeeping schedule could help, since some things seemed to be missed.

Being close to the central railway station and rippon building is convenient, though getting there means navigating narrow roads that can be difficult. Our room was neat and breakfast was decent. The cot squeaked whenever someone turned over, and hot water was unreliable, so we had to call for it a couple of times. A decent stay, with a few things that could be improved.

We spent two days here and found the rooms very clean. The location is prime, the receptionist was friendly, and room service was very good. Everything else felt great, though breakfast in the morning was average and not very tasty.

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff behaved well. The location was great too. I’d only ask them to improve the food’s taste a little. Otherwise, five out of five, and we’ll surely visit Ur property again when we’re in Chennai. Thank u grand cascade❤️🙏🏻

The staff’s attitude was awful, and communication wasn’t proper. It was a very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this hotel.
