Hotel M Grand

The location was top notch, close to most things a guest might need. The room was clean, though not exceptionally so, and the breakfast items could have tasted a little better. What stood out was the front desk team’s behavior, which made up for what was lacking elsewhere. Usha and another staff member whose name I don’t know were professional and very helpful. They even let me check out a little later, which mattered for my trip.

I really enjoyed getting in a one-hour workout before breakfast at the decent fitness center. The buffet breakfast was appealing, and we loved it. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Mr. Nazeem at the front desk and Mr. Prashanth from housekeeping provided great service. Our stay at the Grand Continent Premiere was fabulous, and I’d gladly recommend its service, atmosphere, and food.

We came with friends for the buffet and had a lovely time. There was good variety, the dishes tasted good, and the ambience was pleasant. The staff were attentive and courteous. Thanks to Thirunavukarasu and team, and thank you, chef. Definitely worth a visit.

The event went very smoothly, with delicious food and flawless service from beginning to end. The staff’s warm, genuine smiles made every interaction welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed by the service team and grateful for their hospitality.
