The problem is OYO, which shows fake photos on its website and has partnered with this pathetic hotel. Don’t pay in advance. There’s no hygiene, cleanliness, or service, and everything is in bad shape, from the bedsheet, pillow cover, and blanket to the flooring, almira, and toilet. They can’t even manage the company signage on the hotel. How are they supposed to follow the SOPs they list on their website?

The room and service were both awful, and the place didn’t feel safe. Please don’t stay here.
