I paid the full amount in advance through OYO Spot On, but they still refused to check me in. They said maintenance was underway and told me to get a refund from Oyo. The staff were very rude and didn't care about the customer experience. One of my worst decisions and stays. I wonder why Oyo doesn't ban hotels like this from its platform.

Even with an OYO booking, they may refuse to let you check in. They then ask you to go to another hotel that isn't OYO and has a much more expensive room. They take advantage of your situation, persuade you to cancel the OYO reservation, then offer a room just above the hotel, claiming it's a different hotel and charging you for it. One of the worst hotels. Don't stay here.

It was affordable, under ₹500, but the rooms were disgusting and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for a month or two. The linen was filthy, with actual blood spots on the sheets. There was no food service, and paan spit was on the bathroom floor and basin. The staff were okay, but the environment wasn't.

I booked a room at your hotel through OYO yesterday. Now the reception is telling me that checking in after 8 pm means paying an extra 1000 rupees. Is that a legal demand? Please help me with this. Thank you.

If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. The worst place in guwahati, feels like a fraud run by a bunch of fraudsters. Please beware and never visit.
