We weren’t given any breakfast. We’d booked through agoda, where it said breakfast was included. After we arrived, they charged us extra, saying we’d come late, even though we’d already informed them. Later, we went to have dinner at our friends place and told the staff we might be back late. When we returned, the main gate was locked. We called them 100 times and got no answer, then waited outside for an hour. After all those calls, they finally opened up and let us in. The room condition and their nonsense behaviour were bad from the start. Stupid, stupid hotel. Nonsense behaviour. Zero for everything 😒

Later that evening, we went out and found the gate locked when we came back. We waited about 30 minutes for someone to open it. At the start of our stay, even though we’d paid the rent in advance, the receptionist demanded extra money, saying the room rate on the web portals was lower. When we refused, they told us to leave. The welcome was disgusting and unpleasant. The staff, especially the receptionist, behaved like utter nonsense, showed zero customer satisfaction, and were even drunk. Please don’t visit this property.

It was managed really well. A place worth visiting 👍🏻

We were charged extra beyond what we booked online, and the TV didn’t work. I complained, but they didn’t fix it. They also didn’t provide soap in the bathroom. Pathetic hotel. Train your staff properly and groom the receptionist. We’re paying with our hard-earned money, not staying for free.
