It was horrible trying to sleep there at night. There was a knock at the window every night, and I couldn't sleep a wink. Even our children had trouble sleeping. We were in rooms 102 and 103. Please don't take your family there.

The only reason I stayed 12- 15 days was that my work was 200m from the hotel. I paid 1100 rupees per day, but it wasn't worth it. The staff, especially Rekib, were polite, helpful, and attentive, and they really tried to make the stay pleasant. They don't control the hotel's neglected condition or its broken amenities, though. The owner needs to repair and renovate the place right away. The TV wouldn't turn on, and I went 12-15 days without watching it. The AC barely cooled, even when left at 16°C continuously for 12- 15 days. It needs servicing and gas refilling, and almost every room seems to have AC problems. The geyser in Room 202 didn't work either. There's no Wi-Fi, so that should be added if possible. I give one extra star for the staff's effort.

Bad experience. The staff weren't good, and neither was the stay.

The place was stinky and pathetic. I'd rather stay in a train's sleeper washroom. It was the worst hotel stay of my life, truly traumatic. If I could give it a minus rating, I would.
