The food was absolutely delicious, and the chefs put real care into making meals that fit my no onion, no garlic diet without losing the taste. That attention meant a lot to me. Mango Tree Hospitality feels thoughtful and caring, and I can see that coming from its owner, Ms Ruchi. I also want to recognize Bharat Kannaujiya, who's been on duty there for a long time. His consistency, dedication and experience in caring for guests make for dependable service. Highly recommended in Dehradun for great food, warmth and genuine hospitality.

We came for a day and ended up staying 5, which probably says it all. It's a quiet, quaint place tucked away in the heart of dehradun, and I loved everything about it. The owner and staff are friendly and polite, and the food is delicious, especially the kadhi and rajma. It's pet friendly too, with two cute goldies living there.

The peaceful surroundings and warm hospitality made my stay at Mango Tree Courtyard memorable. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with a calm, artistic feel and lots of character. Every corner seems thoughtfully designed, and the cozy rooms were comfortable. I felt at ease right away and could slow down and relax. Loved staying here and would be happy to come back.

There is a lot of potential in this beautifully restored heritage home, and the building's structural upkeep seems good. The vintage charm is lovely. The staff were polite, courteous and well-mannered, though they seemed to need proper hospitality training. Many may not come from formal hotel backgrounds, and some structured training could improve service standards. The food was average and fell short of what the heritage positioning led me to expect. My room had some concerning maintenance problems. The window curtain rod fell on me, though luckily I wasn't hurt. The WC hand flush didn't work, and even after I told the staff, it wasn't fixed during my stay. Those are basic issues that need prompt attention. After 10:30 PM, most of the lights in the building were turned off. When I stepped out to see off a friend who had come to meet me, the property was so poorly lit that it felt unsettling, almost haunted. That didn't feel right for guest comfort and safety. There was also no bell desk staff for luggage unless you called and specifically asked for help. Lighting, room upkeep, food, staff training and basic guest services all need improvement for a comfortable stay.
