We booked for our anniversary expecting a pleasant, memorable stay, but it turned into a nightmare. Manager Jaspal repeatedly backed out of the services promised at booking. His behavior was awful and rude, and he was extremely unprofessional. We were charged heavily over the expected amount without a proper explanation. When we asked about the extra charges, he answered with more rudeness instead of an explanation. His careless, arrogant attitude ruined what should have been a beautiful anniversary memory. The hotel only cares about money, not guest satisfaction. If you value your money and special moments, I strongly recommend you don't stay here. Never coming back.

The location is fantastic, with a great view from the room. The hotel was very clean throughout, the rooms were clean, parking was good, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Room service was excellent, and the food was excellent and cheap too. Reception staff were very good, but one housekeeping staff member was really rude and it pissed me off, so I took off a star. Otherwise, a good family stay.

We found the staff and owner very welcoming and polite, and the service was very good. Our room at Hotel Classic Heights was neat and clean, and the balcony had an amazing view. The location is superb, right at the beginning of Mall Road, with enough parking.

Great experience. The hotel was close to Mall Road, so all the places were accessible. The rooms were big and the view was amazing.
