Bedbugs were everywhere, on the beds and pillows and even across the floor. I paid around 1400 for an AC deluxe room, and it was one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever seen. They should call it the "bedbug hotel". Don't stay here.

We found bedbugs in both rooms, and at 2 am we had to complain and ask to move. We shifted all our luggage ourselves since no staff came to help. The staff were unfriendly and kept avoiding responsibility, saying they hadn't been on shift or didn't know. Please avoid this place if you want a peaceful, hygienic stay. The service was awful, and I wish I could give it zero. It's Bed bug city, not Suncity.

The location and TV were positives, and check-in is available around the clock. The room I was given was unclean, though, after staff said there was an issue with the Sarovar Inn room and moved a Sarovar Inn guest into the room meant for me. They didn't provide water, a blanket, towel, or bedsheet. Reception also needs to understand the 24-hour check-in policy. Some non-Tamil staff couldn't understand what I was trying to say. Be careful with payments. Cash payments may not get entered in the register, which can cause delays at checkout. I was kept waiting at reception because Taufiq hadn't recorded the cash I'd paid. Avoid paying cash, or get a receipt if you do. Not recommended. There were bedbugs too.
