The rooms and hotel are below average and not worth the money. They weren't clean, and the bedspreads and pillow covers were filthy. There were three people at the front desk and one housekeeping woman, and we had issues with the unprofessional staff. One front desk woman was especially low class in her behavior and tried to blackmail me for some reason. A short guy and the housekeeping woman abused us and demanded money when we asked for service. We have proof of everything. We regret choosing this cheap, worthless hotel. Be careful around the front desk staff, the woman and the short guy.

There was no internet connection on the Wi-Fi, and the room had no curtains. We couldn't reach reception by intercom because there wasn't one, and there was no mobile network coverage either. Housekeeping didn't clean the room on the second day or refill the drinking water. At check-in, the room was dusty and the sheets, pillow covers and blankets were unclean. The woman at reception was very rude, and we had no tap water for over an hour during the morning rush. A very disappointing stay, far too expensive for what it was and not worthy of being in FabHotels. It needs a serious overhaul to be listed in Fab.

The car parking was good, but the room had a strange smell, the bedsheets were wet and not dried properly, and the toilets had stains. There was fungus on the poorly maintained walls, and the TV remotes were dirty and stinky. I booked through offers in Oyo, but at check-in they said no room was available and asked for an extra 700 for a suite. The receptionist wasn't capable of handling customers.

I booked through oyo, but the name oyo gave me didn't even exist, so it was hard to find the place. The rooms were extremely dirty and the linens were awful. Then the receptionist forced me to pay an extra 200, saying they wouldn't let me check in otherwise. Don't choose this hotel based on its pictures. One of the most pathetic experiences.

The bed and linen were dirty, and the room hadn't been cleaned. The TV didn't work, the washroom door lock was broken, and the shower wasn't working properly.
