There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel is close to T-Nagar, Nungambakkam, and Kodambakkam. The AC, bathroom, TV, and other amenities worked decently. But the rooms were small, dingy, and dirty. The floor hadn't been mopped, and the sheets and pillows were stained. Even the replacement sheets had worse stains. Cockroaches were all over the room, floor, and bed, so we had a hard time sleeping. Reception talked nicely, but getting anything done took ages, if they remembered at all. We stayed one night, and aside from the location there's not much to praise. It was just okay. Consider it only if you really have no other option.

Don't be taken in by the online photos, the rooms aren't that good. Ours was untidy, and the sheets and blankets had hair from previous guests and lots of stains. I couldn't sleep there. Staff were rude, and even after paying online in full, we were charged extra. They show a restaurant, but there's no food available. Room service doesn't come after 10 p.m. Avoid this hotel.

Please check how your money is being charged here. They added a room upgrade fee I never asked for. When I questioned the manager, he said he wouldn't give me any room and spoke very impolitely. I'd booked for two days, but he insisted I leave after one and wouldn't refund the money. There were no blankets either. A horrible stay. They just charge more when you arrive, so I hope online booking apps remove this hotel. See for yourself.

The rooms looked extremely cheap, and the reception staff and manager acted in a cowardly, uneducated way. They demanded extra money and kept us waiting over two hours. They said they had no tie-up with Oyo and were afraid to tell the agents, even though they had a big sign outside. They also marked the booking as checked out before we'd even checked in. The manager seemed like a cheat. I don't need a response. I want the hotel shut down, or its Oyo sign removed and Oyo told to do the same.
