The confirmed booking was for ₹1500, and I still have the WhatsApp screenshot to prove it. But when I arrived at Orange Inn Hotel around 6 AM, they denied the reservation and suddenly quoted ₹1800. I was traveling alone and was the only woman there at the time. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff told me to leave and find somewhere else. Sending a solo female traveler out to look for a hotel at that hour felt deeply irresponsible and unsafe. It was a horrible, pathetic experience. They don't honor confirmed bookings, and I saw no accountability from the staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were so unhygienic that I found ants in the bed, with mosquitoes everywhere. They gave us only two bottles of water for the entire stay, and management seemed very poor. The lifts weren't working either, so even for food delivery we had to go downstairs. They call it a 3 Star hotel, but it didn't feel deserving of that rating. The rooms were badly maintained, almost like a public free stay. Better to stay somewhere else.
Rooms were dirty, with flies and cockroaches, and they wouldn't help move the luggage. The staff were very rude. Their printer wasn't working, so they didn't give me a bill either. Honestly, this felt like a half-star place, nowhere near a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was awful and never changed. They even charged extra for milk and other things, and couldn't make tea in the morning. Please don't trust other paid reviews.
The kitchen was disgusting. The fridge was covered in fungus and mold, the whole kitchen seemed moldy, and the dining table was sticky with old food and never cleaned. The breakfast they brought was carried in an open container along the street. I politely refused it and ate outside. The room was dirty too. The bedsheets were stained, the beds were filthy, and staff said that was the best they could clean them. The AC didn't work, and there was no hot water in the morning unless the sun was fully out. Parking was another problem. The slope was so bad I felt the car frame would get damaged, so I parked in the empty ground opposite. The boys there didn't speak the local language. For that price, this was the worst place I've stayed.
We stayed for two days and it wasn't good. The location was nice, opposite MIOT Hospital and behind Kuper Inn, and the cost was affordable. But maintenance was poor, the AC didn't work properly, and the restroom wasn't clean. There was also a lot of hair on the room floor. It could be good value if they maintained it properly.
