The location is good, but the hotel is poorly maintained. Mosquitoes bothered me during my recent stay, and the service was poor as well. They charged Rs600 for a checkout delay of just 2 hrs.

The rooms are good and clean. The only downside I noticed was the rusted bathroom fixtures. They should be replaced with PVC fixtures.

The lift was uncomfortable to get in and out of. Apart from that, it’s quite a nice place with decent rooms, about 1km from the Siruseri-Sipcot Main entrance.

The manager’s behavior was atrocious, and the service was horrible. He acts like he’s giving you a room for free. They clearly don’t know what customer service means. Stay away.

Room service was good, but I didn’t have a good stay. The restroom wasn’t clean, and the sheets smelled bad. There were too many mosquitoes at night, so I couldn’t sleep properly.
