The airport is close, but the room wasn't clean and the service was awful. The sheets were dirty and hadn't been changed from the previous guests, there was no toilet paper, and the floor mat was dirty. It was noisy too, with an apartment only one meter across the alleyway. We waited in our underwear while three guys made three attempts to bring clean sheets.

I stayed here with my family for two days, 20 &21 Dec 2025, on a family tour. The staff, Owner, cooks, everyone was good, and their cooperation with customers was excellent. They offer 24 hour service, and staff will pick up the phone at any time. Best hotel available in chennai for anyone. I give this hotel 5 *.

I arrived two hours early and asked to check in ahead of time, but they wanted 1500 for those two hours, almost the booking amount. I had to cancel. The receptionist's approach wasn't good.

I was charged an extra 1200 INR, half the booking fee, just to check in four hours early. The toilets were very dirty and the towels unclean. I ordered toast and got three pieces instead of four. When I asked, the waiter said they had run out of bread, though the menu said each order came with four slices. At checkout I brought it up, and they said they'd adjusted the bill because the menu in the room had old prices and I was charged at those rates. If the prices were old, why was that menu still in the room? A really bad stay.
