Breakfast was included and made for an easy start, with fresh, filling South Indian staples like upma and idlis with chutney and sambar. The choices were limited, with no dosas or continental items. The compact room suited a short business visit or quick getaway, and was spotless and fresh, with no dust or musty smell. It had reliable AC, a working TV with good channels, a small but efficient toilet with basic toiletries, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping kept everything in great shape. The staff were warm and attentive from check-in, and let us leave our bags hours early. When our plans ran late after checkout, they even let us use the room to change and freshen up. That flexibility was much appreciated. The hotel is close to Pondy Bazaar, so shopping, street food, and local sights were easy to get to. Parking was available, and the place felt safe and convenient. Itsy Delux Inn was clean, friendly, and good value. I've already bookmarked it for another Chennai trip.

I came from Malaysia and stayed five days. The room was good, and Pondy Bazaar is right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. A comfortable place to sleep and get ready before exploring Chennai. I'd rate it 4.5/5.

There's no dining on site, but the hotel is right in the middle of town, with plenty of places to eat within an easy walk. The rooms were clean, roomy, and cozy, and the staff service was excellent. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone passing through.

We're Sri Lankan and found our stay at Itsy Hotel Deluxe really satisfying. The room was small but clean and well cared for, with the essentials including AC, hot water, and a TV. The staff were very helpful and arranged a ride to the airport for us. We hope to come back.

The room was clean, but very small, and breakfast wasn't satisfactory, just poori and upma. The lift wasn't working, which was inconvenient. The hotel appears online as Itsy Hotel Deluxe Inn, though its actual name is Deluxe Inn, so finding it was confusing. When I wasn't satisfied, the staff suggested cancelling, but I'd already paid online and had little time, so that wasn't possible. The experience fell short of expectations, and I hope these issues are fixed for future guests.
