Spot On 38565 Hotel Surya

The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, there was no tap water, and the service was very bad. Lots of transgender people visit here for bad activity. Please don't come with your family. Don't visit, don't visit, don't visit.

The staff were rude and tried to mislead us, showing one room and then giving us a smaller one. We also saw a few underage couples there, which seemed fishy. On a trip with my family, I found empty beer bottles and cigarettes under the bed, and the bathroom was very dirty. The service was extremely poor, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We felt very insecure during our stay because of the owner's behavior toward women. He gave his female customers disgusting looks, then stared angrily when they didn't respond. He doesn't know how to behave with customers or how to look at and speak to women. I strongly suggest not choosing this property.

They knocked on my door late at night asking for payment for the next day, even though I'd paid a day before checkout. The room was dirty, there was no garbage bag or room service, and the staff had no manners.
