We had a happy family stay, and the rates were very reasonable. The receptionist was kind and attentive, and when there were no rooms available in T. Nagar, they specially arranged one for me and my family without making us wait. The staff were all good. The room felt new and fresh, with a pleasant scent, and the toilet was very clean. The garden and temples were nearby. It was comfortable, with great AC and hot and cold water available around the clock. The rooftop garden had a village-like feel. They even gave us extra towels, and the 24-hour check-in and checkout arrangement came with three extra hours free for us.

The basic amenities were there, and hygiene was decent, so the stay was adequate at best. I had several concerns. The room AC was very noisy, and I could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway, which isn't acceptable. There were also loads of mosquitoes in the room, so the rooms may need better sealing. The staff said the Agoda price only applied to same-day checkout and wouldn't honor it, even though the booking clearly said one night. This needs work before I'd recommend staying longer.

The staff made us feel at home, and the rooms were cozy and clean. It’s in a great location with lovely surroundings. We had a wonderful stay and would come back.

The owner was friendly and very helpful, and the receptionist was helpful too. The room was good, the toilet and water were clean, and the staff provided more bath time than usual. The rates were reasonable, with the hospital, bus stand, metro, train, and auto all nearby. Happy stay, I’ll come again.
