I liked the hotel and had no problems with the room. The manager kept asking when we would check out, even though we’d already said we’d leave within the 24-hour period we booked. The repeated questions were inconvenient and unnecessary.

I stayed two nights last summer and everything was fine, so I booked again for Christmas expecting the same service. This time I was totally disappointed. The manager has changed, and I think the whole management has changed too.

An okay experience at a mid-budget hotel. It’s right behind the Egmore railway tracks, so there’s a lot of noise. The AC worked well, and hot water was available.

I wouldn't recommend JS Grand Residency. The place was really untidy, and there were cockroaches and a centipede in the bathroom. Hospitality was very poor too.

We were left carrying our six-month-old from place to place because the hotel made a mistake. They denied us occupancy over an internal communication error, even though the booking was legitimate, and then refused to refund the money despite the evidence I provided. I had a horrible experience. Non-Chennai visitors, please avoid booking online here. The manager, " KALAI", seemed focused on money, and the way they handled it was incredibly cheap.
