The staff were careless and unprofessional, and showed no concern even after I complained. My room was extremely dirty, with hair all over the bed and pillows. That points to a complete lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene. This place isn’t suitable for families. Don’t risk your comfort or waste your money here. The earlier feedback might be paid for or written by the owners, so be careful if you’re planning a family stay.

I stayed here for an office trip. It was a nice, eco-friendly hotel, though I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness.

The building seems old, which shows in the fairly standard rooms. I had trouble getting accurate information from the staff on several occasions, so communication needs work. The reception area could also use some improvement. It’s a decent place, with a few areas that could be upgraded.

The rooms, service, and everything else were okay, but check the checkout time and charges carefully. We’re regular customers visiting for business, yet the manager charged us half a day’s rate for staying just two extra hours and wouldn’t make an exception. Make sure you know the checkout charges so you don’t end up paying extra.

We had a very disappointing stay. The room hadn’t been cleaned before check-in, there was no room service, and the telephone didn’t work. When we asked for help, the receptionist was indifferent and arrogant, and acted extremely rudely and unprofessionally. It felt as though he had no interest in running the hotel properly, almost like he wanted customers to leave and the business to suffer. Please avoid booking here.
