La Woods Hotel

Meenakshi was a real pleasure to have around at the restaurant. She was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile, which made dining even better. We had a wonderful stay, with clean, comfortable facilities, excellent service, and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. We'd happily come back and recommend the hotel.

The lane and nearby roads get congested, but the location is otherwise convenient, with easy access to what you need. The canteen staff treated us well, and Meenachi, though I may have the spelling wrong, was friendly and attentive throughout our time there. Service was very good and helpful whenever needed. The room and mattress were clean, with bright lights, though the lighting controls were a little confusing. The only other issue I noticed was broken knobs in the toilet. Apart from that, no complaints.

The location is great, close to malls and places to eat. The rooms are large and modern, and room service is excellent. Thanks to Manju at reception for always being ready to help, and to the lovely housekeeping staff and manager Mr Pandiya.

We picked this place for a last-minute holiday, and the location is super. The staff were very friendly, especially the sweet woman who served us in the restaurant. The food tasted great, and they even adjusted it a little for us. The restaurant was very good, though getting food through room service took forever. The bar was basically nonexistent: they had nothing, and the margarita we ordered was just vodka and water, for a really high charge. The room was spacious and well organised, but didn't seem well maintained. The AC was extremely noisy.
