The security staff switched off the lift's main switch and said it would stay off until the security person returned the next morning. Some older guests scolded the staff to turn it back on because they couldn't climb the stairs. We went two days without a working washroom bulb, using our mobile lights each time. Even after we told the hotel staff, they replaced the fused bulb only when we checked out. Very poor service.
The rooms are well designed and the mattress is very soft, but the rooms and bed were too dirty. They keep asking for extra money for every service, charge far more than the price offered, and don't accept official online OYO bookings. The service is bad, and my satisfaction level is completely 0. Not recommended at all, one of the worst hotels listed on OYO.
They said they don't accept Oyo bookings when I arrived, even though I'd booked and paid already. The hotel person told me to contact Oyo, and six months later I still hadn't got my money back. They asked for 1500rs for the room on arrival. They will cheat you over money. It's not safe or suitable for families. Find somewhere else.
The room was clean and well maintained, and they cleaned the rooms and dustbins every day. There were lots of mosquitoes, though, and the TV and AC remotes didn't work. Reception fixed them right away when we called. Worth the rent.
I booked through oyo, but when I arrived they said they don't take oyo bookings, so we had to make a new booking at double the rent. This hotel is not under oyo. There's no service or cleaning, the management never takes things seriously, and the staff were very rude. Anyone who chooses to stay here is insane.
