I was here for four days while taking my distance education exams. My room was clean and tidy when I arrived. There’s no set check-in hour, and your 24-hour stay starts when you check in. A non-AC room with two single beds costs ₹400 for one person or ₹600 for two sharing. Watch the checkout time closely: even being half an hour late after the 24 hours means you’re charged for another full day. The online rate looks higher, so I’d call to book directly. They don’t ask for an advance, but call again the night before to confirm. They check ID with Aadhaar, and a digital copy is fine; you don’t need the physical card. Free WiFi works well, but mobile internet is weak on the ground floor. If there’s a power cut, the WiFi goes down too, so you’ll have no internet there. Drinking water is available at reception, and there’s a small shop across the street for basics like soap and toothpaste. They also have monthly rentals. This suits solo travelers and people staying for work. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, since it’s more set up for individuals.

The stay itself was excellent, but they didn’t provide a bedsheet or blanket. There were so many mosquitoes that I couldn’t sleep at night, and kept waking up from the bites.

For the price, it’s a solid place to stay, with clean rooms and good service. Non-AC singles start at 400, while AC rooms start from 900. The staff are nice, and they clean the room after guests leave. The bedsheets and pillows were neat, which you don’t find at a lot of hotels, and the toilets were clean too. The water quality was good as well.

The rooms are okay, better than other budget hotels nearby. But the water tastes salty. I asked them over several days to look into it, and nothing was done. After a while I realized that seems to be normal there.
