We confirmed a room through Agoda two days before our trip, with check-in listed as noon. We arrived at 8:00 AM and showed the confirmation, but the staff said they hadn’t received an email from Agoda and told us to return at noon. We asked for early check-in and offered to pay for 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then continue with our Agoda booking. The staff member also insisted we pay through the website, although we had selected the book-and-pay-at-hotel option and the site said payment was due at the property. He was giving us incorrect information and didn’t seem to understand the process. For four hours, they quoted ₹2000, which seemed unreasonable. We were told direct bookings were around ₹2600 per person. The staff weren’t helpful, and the whole situation was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the staff have been friendly and helpful both times. The restaurant is good too. I’d recommend it.

The staff were polite and supportive, and the restaurant food was good. The rooms were clean and tidy, making this a comfortable hotel for either a short visit or a longer stay.
