I booked a room online, but when we arrived, they said there were no rooms available and wouldn’t give us one. They told us to contact customer care.

The rooms are cramped and shady, and there were bedbugs everywhere. Hygiene in the room was lacking. I don’t think room service exists, except when they collect the full tariff in advance. My personal advice to families and solo travellers is to avoid this place.

The smell in the rooms at NB Hotel was strong and unpleasant, making it very uncomfortable to stay there. The staff were rude and unprofessional as well. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place.

My stay on 25th May & 26th May 2025 was frustrating. The night shift receptionist and other staff misbehaved with me, using abusive language and showing very bad manners. The room conditions were also poor: there were lots of cockroaches and termites, the blanket was worn, and the bedsheet was very dirty and smelled awful. I’d like the hotel owner to investigate what happened, address the staff’s behavior, and improve the service standards. I’d appreciate a response about what action will be taken.

The room was too small, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the service was very bad. We had a really poor experience here.
