There's ample car parking, and the recently opened UpaVihar restaurant is the only merit. Reception staff aren't friendly, and the internet speed is pathetic. This used to be my favourite place to stay in Chennai, but after my recent three-day visit I'm reconsidering. No one came to sweep or mop the floor during my stay.

There's no wifi, and they don't even give you water when you ask. Hygiene is poor and the staff are rude. It's barely a hotel. Avoid it at all cost.

The new management has made a real difference. On my earlier stay, the rooms weren't clean, the AC wasn't working properly, and the staff didn't seem to care. This time the room was clean and well maintained, and the service was very good. It's in a very good location, with all kinds of shops next to the hotel, making the stay comfortable.

The receptionist greeted me very warmly. The location, price, service, and overall condition were all excellent. Everything was good!

There’s plenty of room to park and walk around, and the place feels airy with good ventilation. The rooms are just okay, though. They could use more cleaning and maintenance.
