Cockroaches in the room were completely unacceptable and made me seriously question the cleanliness. The TV and internet also didn’t work properly, which added to the inconvenience. The rooms were extremely small and poorly laid out, with no proper seating or adequate place to hang clothes. When using the bathroom, you have to leave your clothes on the bed, then pick them up from there again after bathing to get dressed. That’s highly uncomfortable. The staff also weren’t friendly or welcoming, which hurt the hospitality of the stay. The hotel needs to improve how staff treat customers, room layout, cleanliness, and technical services. Those changes matter for guest satisfaction, positive reviews, and the hotel’s revenue. I hope management acts quickly.

The staff were unhelpful, and the service was disappointing. The rooms were filthy, full of cockroaches, and the AC units didn’t work properly. Hygiene was extremely poor throughout. It was an unpleasant stay, and I strongly recommend that no one book this place.

We couldn’t even stay an hour. The receptionist was very rude and behaved unacceptably. Be careful about paying in advance. I’m surprised booking agencies list this hotel for public bookings, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was dirty, the washrooms were poorly maintained, and the commode was leaking. Maintenance was horrible, and the bed sheets were in bad shape and weren’t changed regularly. It was a terrible experience.

The receptionist was very rude, and the place was extremely dirty. The geyser didn’t work, while the AC made a lot of noise. They provide only basic rooms with very limited facilities. They even provide drinking water. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve visited, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The one good thing is the location, just 600m from Chennai Central. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and cockroaches were moving around inside.
