The AC did work, which was about the only thing that made the suffocating room bearable. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean either. After 8 am, you’ll want to leave if you shower, since the hot water runs out because the tanks aren’t insulated. They don’t provide soap or shampoo unless you ask, and the fan barely works. Pretty much everything else about this inn was bad.

The temple next door was peaceful, and that was the one nice thing. Bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towel and bin. If dust bothers you, bring a broom and mop too. I can see why oyo partners with places like this: the room costs 100/-, and the rest goes into oyo’s pocket.

I had to contact OYO to ask for a refund after an unpleasant stay. The rooms were unhygienic, the bathroom lights had problems, and the advertised features weren’t provided. I had several complaints, but no one was available at reception to hear them. Don’t waste your time here.

I booked through Oyo and had a terrible stay. The app showed room 103, but they put us in 201. Its fan didn’t work at all, the AC wasn’t effective, and staff did nothing except tell us to adjust. Oyo’s customer representative also offered no solution. When I asked for water late at night, the staff refused to help and were very rude.
