Room service was always available and helpful, the rooms were cleaned properly, and breakfast was good. Bhimaas residency is affordable and easy to find on a map. If you're nearby, it's a good hotel to consider, with polite, helpful staff. A better option for a visit or stay.

Strongly not recommended. There were cockroaches in the room, dirty blankets and pillows, filthy bathrooms, and no lock on the glass windows. We had no hot water; after asking, we waited an hour for someone to bring it. The TV signal was missing most of the time. They charge the full amount at check-in, so if your plans change, you still end up paying for the entire stay. Room service was pathetic.

We stayed two nights with two families and a friend, and it was the worst hotel I've stayed in during my service. I don't usually write reviews, but this place was a terrible experience. On the first day, we asked the front desk to have both rooms' restrooms cleaned and to check the hot water. Housekeeping, the floor manager and the front desk woman all gave a very poor response, saying they'd check. The food tasted bad too. At 9:45am, I rushed to a nearby hotel to get food for six adults and two kids because they hadn't provided complimentary breakfast. The front desk woman ignored me, then yelled that I was rude, that other customers were waiting, and that there wasn't proper food on the buffet. I asked the floor manager to discuss it. Afterwards, I went to speak to the other woman at the desk about how rudely I'd been treated. She yelled too and said she was the manager. Actually, she's the owner. I was floored that someone so unprofessional could run the place. She even muttered something nasty about me as I left. Worst experience ever. Please don't support this establishment. Return half my money, or I'll post about this on YouTube too.

I stayed for two days, and it wasn't good. The bathroom smelled, and I saw a cockroach on the bed. Service was slow, and we had to call reception several times for things like towels and food. A jug, towel, TV remote and decoder remote weren't provided after check-in. Breakfast was disappointing, and there wasn't proper parking for visitors. I wouldn't recommend it, especially to Malaysian travellers. 😕😕😕
