The room was in very poor condition: there was no TV, the sinks were broken, and the maintenance overall was terrible. Tap water was yellow and smelled like drain water. Staff coordination was a mess. Nobody seemed to know what had been promised, and each new person asked the same questions before leaving without doing anything. There was no accountability, and management didn’t seem to care about guest comfort or fixing the problems. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. This place felt like a third-class lodge with no proper maintenance. The washroom was awful and still hadn’t been cleaned after I reported it. They didn’t provide bedsheets, towels, or a toiletry kit, and the whole place smelled of alcohol and cigarettes. It’s also called "Urban Stay," so I’m not sure why OYO lists it as Company services. A terrible hotel experience.

The water at Hotel O Ramapuram was yellowish and smelled foul, so it was completely unusable. I raised the issue several times, but management didn’t take it seriously or try to fix it. That left me seriously concerned about hygiene and cleanliness. Proper water and attentive management are basic needs for guests’ comfort and safety. I strongly advise people to avoid the hotel until these problems are fixed.

There was no complimentary water or soap, and the service was very bad. The sheets had stains and holes, and they didn’t provide a blanket even though ours was an AC room. The water was yellow. They said they’d sort it out before night, then never responded. We could hear people arguing at reception all night. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
