OYO 5280 Harshetha Residency

Getting asked for more money after booking through the OYO website was the start of a nightmare. I paid 1600 for one room for two people, and it still wasn't properly clean. There were used condoms under the bed, stains all over the room and bedsheets, and the toilet didn't have a flush. There was no electricity backup, service was a disaster, and the staff weren't pleasant. Worst experience ever. Please don't book here at any cost.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and the room was poorly maintained. With the AC not working, it was extremely uncomfortable. A very unpleasant stay, and the place needs major improvements before I'd consider coming back.

The AC in my room wasn't working, so it was sweltering. When I raised the issue, the staff seemed unconcerned and didn't help. My stay at Oaks Residency was a disaster. Unless you want discomfort and poor service, I'd advise against staying here.

The noise kept me up all night. My room was near a busy corridor, with doors slamming and people talking loudly. The air conditioner was also malfunctioning, leaving the room sweltering, and staff didn't seem to care when I complained. At Oaks Residency I found a filthy room, stains on the bed and carpet, a grimy bathroom, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. Even though I'd paid for what was supposed to be an upgraded room, basic things like toiletries and towels were missing or scarce. It was a disastrous stay. I strongly advise against this place unless discomfort and poor service are your thing.
