OYO 5328 Cloud 7 Serviced Apartements

I’m really pleased with how the cloud7 team looked after everyone during the two days I booked the whole property for a wedding party. The guests enjoyed their stay and the staff’s friendly manner. The team handled everything courteously and professionally. I’d highly recommend cloud 7 nanganallur.

Think carefully before booking here. We reserved through OYO, but when we arrived, the staff asked us to pay another INR 1000 to stay. They were rude and impolite. When we complained to OYO, the only options offered were moving the booking to another property or cancelling it. This is ridiculous. OYO should act, and the property should be reported to the consumer forum and blacklisted across booking platforms so others don’t waste their time during transit.

There’s a prayer house nearby that starts playing prayers loudly over a speaker around 6 in the morning, so expect your sleep to be interrupted. The hotel works well if you have an early flight the next day. There aren’t any restaurants around for a late-night meal, though the in-house restaurant is good.

I booked through Goibibo, but on arrival they showed me a security service room instead of the one I’d reserved. The person at reception wanted an extra 1500 for a room. I asked them to cancel and refund me, but they told Goibibo I’d stayed for half a day, which was an absolute lie and blocked a full refund. I did get all my money back from Goibibo and asked them to ban the hotel. These tactics are awful and are ruining their business.
