The WiFi was quite good, and OYO provided the other amenities as promised. Payment and check-in went smoothly, and the staff were helpful in a calm setting. I'd order food instead of counting on the in-house breakfast. Room sizes vary, with some moderate and others very small. The TV was mostly a waste of time, since many channels weren't paid for and travelers may not find what they're looking for. OYO's app regularly lists these apartments at over Rs. 3000, which doesn't feel worth it. Around Rs. 1500 seems reasonable.

The room itself is good, and local transport is easy to find if you want to travel. But the place is far from the city, and anyone new to Chennai may be better off staying within it. There aren't proper restaurants or hotels nearby, so you'll need to travel about 10 km to find food.

I stayed for four days and found the staff friendly and helpful. The low cost makes it a good value for either a short or longer stay. It's a quick walk, about 250 meters, from the main road, with two or three ATMs nearby and a small local market close by.

It's clean, simple budget accommodation with the basic necessities, nothing fancy. Breakfast is included and WiFi is available. There aren't many food options on site, but what they have is tasty, and ordering on Swiggy is always an option.
