The one bright spot was the receptionist, who spoke nicely and smiled. The Wi-Fi and AC worked too. Beyond that, this was a complete waste of money. The rooms and toilets were dirty, the bedsheets were unclean, and the TV didn’t work. There was no heater or geyser, no calling bell, and no parking space. The beds were so dirty they said they had no spare clean bedspreads. When I asked for hot water or at least a heater, I was told I should have checked the facilities before paying. I came with my family, and this isn’t a place for a family or for coming alone. I expected better standards from Oyo and was very disappointed. From now on, if I see a hotel with the Oyo name, I won’t stay there.

There was no ventilation, the place stank, and the fan didn’t work. The blankets and pillow covers hadn’t been washed in a week. I’d give it zero.

The AC was the only decent thing. Everything else was worse, and the rooms were dirty and nothing like the pictures. Don’t book here. It was the worst experience.

A good spot for friends, with kind people at reception. Parking is outside the building, there’s no free drinking water, and the AC is average.

The reception staff were awful and acted unprofessionally. They didn’t seem capable of managing the place, and the food was bad too.
