We spent five days here in a row. There were some issues, but one quick message was enough for them to sort each one out. Miss Ting was lovely, and Mr Uday was always positive and trying to make us comfortable. The chefs, managers, reception staff, everyone was good. We had a nice time at the property.

The hall was arranged neatly for the Mehendi function I attended on 24-Jan-26. Seating was proper, the air conditioning was good, and they offered a welcome drink. Valet parking was available too. The arrangements worked well, but dinner let things down. Most of the buffet food wasn't hot. The biryani tasted good, while the naan was so hard it was difficult to eat. Food quality needs improvement.

We had dinner yesterday, 03.02.26, at Ramada Hotel, Egmore, Chennai, with 15 people, and it made for a memorable evening. Mr. Susant and his team were attentive and polite throughout, and their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and looked after. They even gave our group extra time, which made us feel special. Thanks to them for a very enjoyable dinner and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

At Symphony, Ramada Hotel, we found a nice range of dishes, all tasting fresh and well seasoned. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices were both satisfying, and dessert was a lovely way to finish. Comfortable surroundings and friendly service made it a great meal.

Ramada by Wyndham, Egmore, Chennai has looked after my family, friends, and relatives for the last three years, always with comfort and care. The team is professional but also personal, so I choose Ramada Egmore for functions and get-togethers without hesitation. The staff are warm, polite, friendly, and courteous. The rooms have been renovated, the food is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Recently I held my son's post-wedding reception in the Ramada Banquet halls, and our guests were very happy with the food and service. For us, the hotel feels like a home away from home. I especially want to thank Mr.Arjun- Front office reception Manager, Mr.Giri- Duty Manager, Ms.Rasika - Banquet sales manager, Mr.Ravi and the rest of the Banquet team, along with Mr.Saravanan Chef, for their hospitality. I'm also grateful to Mr.Asif Ali Naqvi for his personal attention and positive approach with every guest, making sure they leave with good memories of the Hotel. Thanks and regards, Sudhakar.
