The room looked nothing like the photos, even though I attached pictures of what it was really like. The sheets were stained and dirty, the floor felt damp and sticky, and there were water marks across the room. It smelled bad too. They say room service is available, but there wasn't even a phone to call them. The water heater didn't work, so expect cold showers. A terrible stay, just avoid this place.

Even after I had confirmed my arrival twice with the hotel on WhatsApp, they told me there were no rooms when I got there. I had booked three nights, and after my flight was delayed I messaged them about checking in late. They said it was fine. The hotel was extremely hard to find unless someone showed you where it was. The area looked so unhygienic that my taxi driver, who had driven locally for 25 years, thought I might have been scammed because he couldn't find a four star hotel there. I couldn't get through by phone, though they did receive WhatsApp messages. At reception, a man was fast asleep and wouldn't wake up when I called or tapped his shoulder. I had to go back to the gate and bring security over, and after about two minutes of shouting and tapping they finally woke him. The staff were unpleasant, unprofessional, and showed no empathy. I would never recommend this place, even to my enemies.

I booked a SUITE, lol, but the room name should be changed because I don't think they've ever seen a real SUITE ROOOM. The hotel is run down, unhygienic, and needs major renovation. The photos were deceptive, the WiFi was slow, and they only gave me the password after I asked. I stayed one night and spent the whole time waiting for morning so I could leave. It made my last day in Chennai miserable. It wasn't worth the price at all. Don't even consider staying here, just turn away.

This is part of OYO Groups, and the service was absolutely pathetic. You can't reach the hotel directly by phone, and customer service was rude and awful. They said we had to pay to book the room or the reservation wouldn't be confirmed. They also don't include breakfast for guests staying there. There are much better places with better service and prices. Avoid this one if you want to spare yourself the frustration.
