Shri Devi Park

The rooms aren't maintained. The staff are good, but even hostels or capsule dormitories are better maintained than this hotel.

They seem to be doing their best to keep up with 3.5-star hotel rooms. I think proper maintenance would make this one of the best.

We booked for three family members on 24th Feb 2020, but didn't even check in after seeing the room. It was too small for three, and the hotel was dirty and unclean. The car parking area was so small that only cars like a Nano could fit. I had paid for three people and asked management for a slightly bigger room, but they didn't answer properly. My family wasn't happy with the place. The photos and Google reviews make it look great, but that's not what we found in person. It's not suitable for families. There was no pay-at-hotel option through MakeMyTrip. I recommend not booking this hotel. It's the worst I've ever seen.

The food has a decent range, prices are reasonable, and the taste is okay. There’s also a rooftop bar. It’s handy for T nagar market, public transport, and places to eat, and the reception staff are courteous and willing to help. Hygiene was okay too. My main concern is the stray dogs wandering around the entrance and reception area. They can be a real problem for someone coming in at night, especially if a dog gets startled and attacks. That feels dangerous for visitors, particularly children and strangers.
