The room smelled like a gutter and had so many mosquitoes that sleeping was impossible. Security was poor too: the main door stayed open, and nobody was at reception. There wasn’t proper staff, just the owner, who came across as arrogant and unprofessional. I paid extra to upgrade to an executive room, but there was no hot water geyser. The owner gave us a portable heating rod instead. Breakfast was included in my booking, yet the hotel prepared none; they brought food from whatever nearby street vendor happened to be open. When I raised these problems, the owner turned it into a North versus South language issue instead of addressing them.

The room had dirty dressing racks, grimy curtains, and bedsheets and towels that looked over five years old and were unusable. Mugs and buckets in the bathroom were dirty, and the bathroom washer didn’t work properly. The geyser was broken, so they handed over a water heater rod instead. The TV didn’t work in any room, and the receptionist wasn’t available after 10 PM. There were no proper CCTV cameras either, which made security feel poor. These problems weren’t limited to one room; every room had them. The hotel is badly maintained, unhygienic, and unsafe, and the so-called deluxe room wasn’t worth the money. Worst hotel experience.

The rooms were in bad shape, the washrooms were extremely dirty, and the staff behaved terribly. Please don’t book this hotel.

The rooms are fine, but the toilets feel like dungeons. The AC takes forever to cool the room, and there’s no security. The owner leaves the hotel’s main door open all night.
