The uncle and bhaiya at reception were especially kind. They treated us like family and helped us with little things since we were new to the city. SKB Hotel Grand days was well organised and hygienic, and the price was cheap. I had an awesome experience and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of hotel. Thank you!

The room itself was good, but the service was awful. The staff were arrogant, and a receptionist treated us very badly. They were pleasant when we checked in, then rude and pushy when it was time to leave. We booked a standard AC room and arrived around 4 pm the day before. At noon the next day, the receptionist told us to leave immediately or pay the full amount for another three hours. He wouldn't even give us an hour to check out. After we argued, he finally agreed. I've never seen staff with such a rude attitude. The hotel is down a narrow street, and you can clearly smell garbage and dustbins. They also offer rooms to drunkards, so the smell of alcohol can be disgusting. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that won't treat you this badly.

Families can feel safe and comfortable here, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an easy, pleasant stay. The owner was kind and welcoming, while the helpers and staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Service was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities met our expectations. It was a wonderful experience.

I've been here for two days. The rooms and room service are the best, and I think it's worth the price.
